Share one scripture, a short reflection, and a link to your newest message. Start with a saved draft or create a new email in Wix.

A simple rhythm

Reflect. Choose a scripture and share what it means for everyday life.
Invite. Add the latest message link and a warm closing.
Review & schedule. Send a test to yourself, choose your subscribers, then schedule the email.

Welcome the community

Open Site Members and select the Pending tab to review new membership requests.

Share the Word

Open Blog Posts and choose Create New Post. Add your video and scripture notes, then publish.

Make a personal connection

Review requests for your free, 30-minute online meetings. Approve a time in Wix, then email the member a Microsoft Teams link before the meeting.

Block unavailable times in your Wix calendar. Every request requires your approval.

When you have a reusable Teams link, open Locations → Video conferencing in the meeting settings and connect it as a custom link.

Read and approve visitors’ reflections before they appear on the site.

How to publish a video and scripture notes

In Wix Blog Posts, choose Create New Post and give your message a title.
Add a video block, then paste the YouTube link or upload your video.
Write the scripture references and reflection notes beneath the video. Choose a still of Michelle speaking in that recording as the message’s cover image.
Preview your message, then choose Publish. It will appear in the website’s Messages section immediately. Its page and sharing information update automatically from your published Wix message, even when your computer is off. Google and social apps may take longer to refresh their own results.

How to send your every-other-week encouragement

Choose Write an encouragement email. Open a draft, duplicate a previous campaign, or create a new email.
Add a short scripture reflection and a link copied with Share this message on the website.
Check your sender name, reply address, links, and mobile preview. Send yourself a test email.
Choose contacts whose email subscription status is Subscribed. A site membership alone does not mean someone asked to receive encouragement emails.
Schedule the email for your chosen day, then prepare the next one for two weeks later.

Each email stays yours to review and send. Wix shows your current sending allowance and any sender setup needed.
